Registration Guidelines

1. Registration & Fees

• • Early Bird, Regular, Late, and On-Spot registration options are available for different categories (Member, Non-Member/SAARC, Post-Doctoral/DM/M.Ch./DNB Students, Ph.D./Other Students, Accompanying Delegate, Overseas delegates, Workshop attendees). Fees include GST and vary by category and timing
  • Workshop registration is available separately and requires prior conference registration

2. Your registration includes

• • Admission to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, and panel discussions
  • Conference materials—including the program booklet and digital resources
  • Lunch during conference days
  • Networking and social events as per the program

3. Conditions

• • Conference registration is mandatory for participation in the workshop.
  • Late or on-spot fees may apply depending on when you register (after 31 January 2026).
  • PG Students should submit the bonafide certificate from Head of the Department/Institution along with Registration form
  • Delegate Kit for spot registration is subject to availability

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

(Note: This policy assumes similarities with typical practices; please verify or adapt as needed.)

• • Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat.
  • All cancellations done post 31st December 2025 will be non-refundable.

  • Refunds, when approved, are processed within 4 weeks of conference completion.
  • The timestamp on the cancellation email serves as the official cancellation date.
  • GST is non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Additional Information

• • Workshops are chargeable separately and require pre-registration for the main conference.
  • The organizer is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to force majeure events.
  • Card payments may attract additional processing fees as per banking policy
